Wedding Detail Information

.A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your date.

• Reminder of the deposit to be paid at least one month before wedding date.
• Date deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the total deposit will be kept in the event of a cancellation that is less than one month from wedding date.

• A additional charge will apply if there is more than an hour between the wedding and reception.

• Our Wedding coverage is four hours (Overtime charge - $100.00 per hour)
• Any event outside the Des Moines metro area will be charged at .75 cents per mile.

• Your proof book/Flash Drive will be ready in approximately two weeks after your wedding. The balance due to be paid at that time. If you decide to keep your proof book, you can purchase it for $250.00.

• You may purchase any additional reprints: no minimum purchase is required.

• A reprint order requires half deposit  when a reprint order is placed.

• It will take three weeks once your reprint order has been placed, the balance due is required at that time.​
• Imagez maintains copyright on all photos. It is illegal to copy, scan, edit, reproduce any of our photos without the permission of this studio.

In the event our obligation is not fulfilled, we will refund part or all of your money.
